01 / VISUAL
Visual inspection
Inspect markings, lot codes, packages and pins for oxidation, wear or signs of refurbishment. Any component with a visual abnormality is rejected.

Chemical inspection
Use solvent tests, acid washing and related methods to detect signs of resurfacing, recoating or other refurbishment on the chip surface.

Electrical parameter testing
Use professional equipment to test electrical parameters and confirm that key specifications, including voltage, current and frequency, meet the original manufacturer’s specifications.

X-ray inspection
Use X-ray imaging on BGA, QFN and other packages to inspect internal solder balls, dies and bond wires, confirming that the structure is intact and undamaged.
